GALLERY RENOVATIONS & ADDITIONS
This Rosendale home had been sectioned off into many small rooms over the years and when the architect, owner envisioned how open the home could be we quickly got to work with an engineer to see how the structural walls could be removed.
With the help of steel I beams cut into the floor system and posted to new footings poured in the basement, Ingrained was able to create a very open floor plan that was much more accommodating to the current owner’s tastes and able to accommodate having company.
Note that many of the built in cabinetry was crafted and installed by Joshua Finn, a local furniture maker. See our links page!
